Meet Anel, our October Brocc Star

We are excited to recognize our newest Brocc star for the month of October, Anel Cruz Herrera. Anel is a dependable member of the DNO warehouse team with a hardworking and positive attitude.

Anel was nominated by his supervisors for his accuracy and attention to detail when preparing orders with their strict quality requirements. Anel always goes the extra mile to make sure that orders are both correct and meet customers’ expectations. Along with preparing orders Anel takes responsibility for doing the right thing by consistently checking in with his supervisors before using new lots and keeping track of them.

Anel consistently takes initiative in getting tasks done and does not have to be told what to do. Anel is known to always lend a helping hand to support his team members. He always is focused on helping the whole team succeed. Even during his down time Anel stays productive whether by starting a new task or simply grabbing a broom and cleaning the warehouse.

We are proud to recognize Anel’s hard work as this month’s Brocc Star!
