Meet Pigeol, our April Brocc Star!

At DNO, it takes dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence to keep operations running at their best. This month, we’re proud to recognize Pigeol Salomon as our April Brocc Star!

Pigeol serves as a Sanitation Tech III, a role that plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards our team works hard to uphold every day. He is responsible for training and guiding Sanitation Tech I and Tech II team members on the floor while also ensuring the plant is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standard.

For the past three years, Pigeol has been a valuable part of the DNO team. Through his consistency, leadership, and strong sense of responsibility, he has made a lasting impact on both his department and his coworkers. His supervisor shared, “Pigeol is very disciplined and has a strong work ethic. He has played a major role in training new sanitation associates to the team and he consistently takes positive initiative and works very well with his teammates.”

Pigeol’s contributions help create a strong foundation for the work we do each day. His willingness to lead by example and support others makes him a standout team member and a deserving choice for this month’s recognition.
