Marcelin, a key player on our production team, is a true asset to DNO Produce. Joining us in 2022, he currently works diligently in our waste management department, overseeing the crucial task of waste disposal. Marcelin ensures that all waste is efficiently taken to our grinder and dump, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility.

One of his key responsibilities is maintaining cleanliness and safety in our production areas. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the workspace is not only clean but also dry, reducing the risk of workplace accidents. In addition to waste management, Marcelin plays a vital role in our recycling efforts. He diligently separates different types of waste and cardboard for recycling. Marcelin's dedication to creating a safe and efficient working environment is crucial to the efficiency of our production team.

Marcelin's contributions extend beyond his official role. His willingness to take on additional responsibilities and his proactive approach to problem-solving make him a valuable team member. His nominator says, “He is always happy and willing to help. He’s a great coach to any new team members, and teaches them how to go about their jobs safely and correctly. He is definitely accountability-focused.” Another one of his teammembers also says, “He is always willing to do what is asked of him and is always smiling. He is very people-centered.”
