Meet Dylan: Our August Brocc Star!

Join us in congratulating Dylan for receiving August’s Brocc Star Award!

Starting off in the warehouse, Dylan quickly became known for his can-do attitude and willingness to help out, no matter the task. His fellow team members and even his manager, Rossi, admire how he leads by example and fearlessly tackles any challenge that comes his way.

Now as a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor, Dylan's responsibilities are all about keeping things running smoothly. He's the one ensuring that orders are received, picked, pulled, and shipped accurately. And if something doesn't quite add up, you can count on him to figure out what went wrong and make it right. He's the go-to person for overseeing people and the building during his shift. From making sure shipping and receiving paperwork is on point to keeping the communication lines open between different departments and shifts, Dylan truly wears many hats.

But Dylan's leadership extends beyond awards—it's woven into his daily actions. As a shift supervisor, he's not afraid to dive in and help wherever needed. He's the kind of leader who rolls up his sleeves and shows that no task is beneath him. Rossi, his manager says, “Dylan is very willing to help out whenever and however he can, even if it’s not a warehouse-related task or duty. His gets a lot of respect from his co-workers and subordinates because he leads by example and isn’t scared to get his hands dirty.”
