Meet Rossi, Our July Brocc Star

Every month, we recognize a DNO team member who goes above and beyond in their role. This month’s Brocc Star is Rossi Clark, Warehouse manager, whose strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence have made him an essential part of the DNO team.

Rossi has been a part of DNO for 7 and half years! In his role as Warehouse Manager, Rossi is responsible for the final steps before products reach customers through ensuring orders are picked up accurately, resolving last minute changes, and motivating the team to meet delivery timelines. Rossi meets these demands as warehouse manager with strong ownership and accountability.

One way that Rossi stands out in his role as warehouse manager is through his strong leadership skills. Rossi understands that the warehouse is a fast-paced high-demand environment and always makes sure that his team is focused, organized and working towards common goals. He does much more than just manage the work he supports the people doing it. He makes sure to always provides clear direction and communicates effectively. When challenges arise, he always makes sure that the team is moving forward and not overwhelmed.

Rossi also demonstrates strong accountability through taking full ownership of the warehouse even when no one is watching or needing updates. He consistently follows through with commitments and ensures that work always gets done without needing constant direction.

Rossi creates a positive work environment where every team member can perform to their best ability.

Outside of work Rossi enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, watching sports, and hosting cookouts! We are grateful to Rossi’s commitment to DNO and his team through his excellent leadership skills and support! Congratulations Rossi this month’s Brocc Star!
