Meet Tariq: Our June Brocc Star!
This month’s recipient of our Brocc Star award, Tariq Thurmond, works in transportation and logistics within Biscay, a sister company of DNO Produce.

No matter the day or the challenge, Tariq approaches every route with his laid-back, approachable, and positive demeanor. Whether he’s making last-minute stops, jumping in to help dock trucks after a route, or stepping up when other associates are out, Tariq is always ready to go where he’s needed with a calm confidence that sets the tone for everyone around him.

Tariq’s professionalism is unmatched: he consistently upholds Biscay policies and always adheres to FMCSA and DOT laws, rules, and regulations. He’s punctual, stays on top of his Hours of Service, and takes ownership of his tasks. That kind of dependability is not only appreciated, but also invaluable.
Tariq reminds us daily that when you’re a natural team-player with a positive attitude, the work takes care of itself. We’re grateful to have him on the Biscay team and proud to recognize his outstanding work ethic and steady presence behind the wheel.
