This May, we’re celebrating Rosenie Jean, a Cooler Lead on the FRESHEALTH team. She plays a vital role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Her daily responsibilities are many, but she handles them with professionalism and precision.

Rosenie not only ensures our associates have the right product, but enough of it to meet production demands. She carefully checks to make sure everything is processed and packaged correctly, coordinating closely with our material handler to prepare for upcoming orders. When challenges arise, Rosenie makes sure to communicate frequently, helping the team problem-solve quickly and effectively.
