Meet Santha: Our March Brocc Star
We’re excited to celebrate our newest Brocc Star, Santha Foucal, who’s a standout member of our 2nd shift FRESHEALTH production team. She’s been nominated by her colleagues for obsession with care and quality.
Santha started as a contract associate in 2023, and because of her hard work and dedication, we were able to convert her to a full-time FRESHEALTH associate in 2025. We’re so grateful to have an associate like her on the production floor ensuring consistent high-quality produce is being prepared for our customers.

Second shift at FRESHEALTH is where preparation meets momentum, and associates like Santha help ensure that everything we do continues running smoothly after the 1st shift clocks out.
Second shift production plays a critical role in keeping our operations moving by cleaning and resetting lines, maintaining product flow, and preparing the facility for the next day’s work, and Santha has long played a critical role in those processes. In fact, she’s currently the only woman on 2nd shift that is able to do our washing procedures.
Santha can be relied upon to always make sure our products are processed safely, efficiently, and on schedule for the schools, partners, and communities who rely on FRESHEALTH. Second shift production is essential to meeting the high standards our customers expect, and associates like Santha are the reason we’re able to deliver fresh, nutritious produce to them day after day.

We’re thrilled to have Santha as part of our team, and we were excited to celebrate her hard work this month with a premium Brocc Star parking spot, lunch on the company, DNO Produce merchandise, and a certificate!
