Meet Mark: Our January Brocc Star!
Mark Church is the newest addition to our maintenance team, and he’s already making a big impact! Nominated by his colleagues, Mark is recognized for his attention to detail, people-first approach, strong ownership of responsibilities, and the valuable experience he brings to FRESHEALTH and DNO Produce. As our Parts Buyer, he plays a critical role in keeping our food-safe equipment, refrigeration systems, and temperature controls running smoothly, supporting product quality and the strong foundation of our business.

Since day one, Mark has been helpful and kind, always taking the time to answer questions and support his teammates, offer thoughtful input, and share ideas whenever he sees an opportunity to improve a process. His calm, steady demeanor makes him easy to work with, and he treats everyone with respect and patience. Because of this, he has built strong relationships across the team and is someone people genuinely enjoy working with and trust to support them when they need it.
He also frequently steps-in on preventive maintenance tasks, including scheduled inspections and routine upkeep like lubricating parts, checking belts and motors, and inspecting refrigeration units because he understands how critical it is to stay on schedule to prevent equipment breakdowns and protect food safety.

Mark plays a critical role in preventing downtime by staying on top of parts inventory and making sure the team always has what they need, when they need it. He is constantly checking stock levels, updating inventory, and planning ahead so that repairs and preventive maintenance can be completed without delays. By ensuring the right parts are always on hand, Mark helps keep equipment running smoothly, production on schedule, and customer orders moving out on time.
