Meet Kevin: Our August Brocc Star!

Kevin Roman’s official title may be “Inventory Specialist,” but around DNO Produce he’s recognized as much more—a dependable leader who always goes the extra mile. He shows up each day with a smile, great music, and a strong work ethic, often sparking a little extra energy (and the occasional warehouse dance party) along the way.

Kevin is always trying to promote good vibes in the warehouse, whether it’s with his friendly and positive attitude, or if it’s with music his that makes you want to get active.

Whether it’s picking, shipping, receiving, transferring, or distributing inventory counts, Kevin ensures product accuracy and that system locations always match where items are physically stored. His eye for detail has helped us achieve nights with 100% perfect transfers—a testament to his accountability and commitment. His diligence in moving the right produce from FH to DNO means our customers always get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

Kevin steps into leadership every day—mentoring and training associates (especially Spanish-speaking team members), fostering a positive work environment with his upbeat attitude, and jumping in wherever support is needed. If a 2nd shift supervisor is ever out, Kevin is the one we trust to carry the load. As Nick Middleton, our V.P. of Supply Chain, shares: “Kevin takes the time to train new team members on transfers, even during the busiest shifts. He’s always patient, helpful, and makes the warehouse a better place to work.”

Kevin pays extra special attention to the details in everything he does, especially with important tasks like picking, counting inventory, or completing transfers between buildings.

His coworkers describe him as rock solid—accurate, dependable, and committed. Simply put: Kevin makes the warehouse a better place to work.

Thank you, Kevin, for being a true team player and leader!
