Meet Alix, our outstanding Sanitation Technician II, who has earned well-deserved recognition as our Brocc Star! Alix's meticulous work, versatility, and passion for cleanliness makes him an indispensable asset to our team.

As a Sanitation Technician II, Alix plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of both our customers and staff. He meticulously cleans and sanitizes all production areas, going above and beyond his duties by taking charge of documentation and training new associates. Alix's prior experience in safe food handling practices from his time at a grocery store has made him a natural fit for our sanitation team, where his attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards shine through.

Alix not only appreciates our friendly work environment but also finds true satisfaction in their work. He takes pride in the visible impact his efforts have on maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace. When he’s not busy ensuring our facilities meet their sanitation standards, he enjoys playing soccer and expanding his knowledge through sports and nature documentaries!
